If your phone is beyond 14 days of purchase, please follow the instructions to fill in the following forms.

Please feel free to provide us with your feedback and help us improve our service to our customers. We appreciate all forms of suggestions and will do our best to take them on board.

Your entry will be submitted in our Monthly PRIZE DRAW where you can win a FREE Mobile Phone, FREE PAYG Sim Card or FREE Bluetooth Headset.

Returns and Repairs

Within 14 Days

If your phone was purchased within 14 days of the invoice date, please return the handset back to us with all the accessories by following the procedures highlighted in the returns form below:

Mphone is obliged under WEEE regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their existing handset, on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
