miCoach phone stays with you every step of the way. Literally. The stride sensor, a small chip that is attached to your shoelaces, calculates your stride, speed and distance covered. It relays this information to your miCoach phone and instantly gives you feedback on your workout.

Unique BPM (Beats Per Minute) music sorting lets you choose songs by their tempo to maximize your workout. Auto tempo option automatically adjusts the tempo of music; the more intense the workout the faster the music. Dedicated hot key plays your favorite 5 songs for that extra burst of motivation.


Personal Training Designed to help you get the best from your workout, the MiCoach connects to the included heart rate and foot pod pedometer to track your workouts accurately. Save and upload your workout results to a computer and form your own personalized training plan. Connect to the Samsung MiCoach website and download updated training plans.
