mPhone Card Security Requirements
Before placing an order, you can save your self time and effort
by reading the security requirements below and complying with them.
These security measures are designed to protect the card holder
as well as the retailer. With mail order transactions, extra security
precautions need to be taken as the retailer does not see a signature
and third parties may be able to obtain a card holder's details
and use them unscrupulously. These measures are therefore designed
to minimise the risk of such card abuse from occurring and mPhone
thank you for your co-operation with these necessary procedures.
UK Customers
Cards
We accept all the following cards from UK customers:
Visa, MasterCard, Switch / Maestro, Delta
and Solo.
The shipping NAME and ADDRESS
need to match EXACTLY to those
registered with the card company (as they appear on the card statement).
We can deliver to an alternative address, like a work address for
example, provided that we have a signed Authorisation
form, card copies and statement sent by fax.
Some UK card issuers do not provide an Address Verification Service,
therefore we may need to ask you for a signed Authorisation
form, card copies and statement to be sent by fax.
Multiple Phones
For any order for TWO phones,
we will ask for a signed Authorisation
form, card copies and statement to be sent by fax.
For any order for THREE OR MORE
phones, we will need the payment to be sent by Wire
Transfer or cash deposit. Note that we do not accept cash payments
of more than £10,000 for a single order.
Gifts
To send an order to a third party, like a gift for example, we
will need to have the payment by cash deposit or Wire
Transfer in advance.
Different Countries
The shipping address must always be in the same country as the
registered address of the card holder. So a non-UK registered card
can not have delivery in the UK and vice versa. UK visitors, can
buy in person from our office in London, after making an appointment.
Non-UK Customers
Cards
We accept all the following cards from non-UK customers:
MasterCard and Visa.

Banned Countries
mPhone do not ship to all countries. In particular, we refuse to
ship to Indonesia, Nigeria and other parts of Africa.
If a country is not listed in the check-out section of the site,
it means that we can not accept card payment for shipping to that
country. We will therefore need to have the payment sent by Wire
Transfer.
