Conditions of Mobile Phone Hire

Cost: Hire Cost is typically around £1 per day, plus VAT. If you make calls exceeding more than £5 per day, the daily rental is waived and becomes FREE.

Charged time: You do not start paying rental until you receive the equipment. The rental charge will end the moment you call us to ask for collection.

Low Deposit: A deposit of £100 is taken from your credit or debit card and refunded, after deduction of charges, when you are invoiced within 14 days of the return of the phone.

Call rates: Will depend on the country and the type of call being made. Whole units will be charged. Partial units are rounded up to the nearest whole unit. The cost of calling STD in the UK is 30p per minute. The GSM Lines for non-UK residents are lower at 25p per minute.

Delivery Charge: Express delivery and collection by secure courier (any UK mainland location) is available for the fixed, subsidised fee of just £7.00 each way, irrespective of how many phones are delivered or collected simultaneously.
