Tax

For the USA, at Customs' discretion, Cellular Phones imported for personal use will not be taxed. We will provide all the necessary documentation for FedEx to clear customs on your behalf. This is all included in the shipping fee.

For Canada, customers will need to pay the import tax (maybe around 14%). Please contact your local Customs office for further information.

SIM Cards

Some newer phones will not work properly with the older generation of SIM Cards. Even new SIM cards, may need to get a SIM update from the network. Service providers' Customer Service will help in resolving such problems.
