Although the the differences between the Samsung E720
and E770 are not physically aparent, the difference becomes
evident on the inside. The main feature on the E770 that would
have been the icing on the cake for the E720, is the memory
card expansion option for up to 512 MB with TransFlash
memory cards.
Other features includes the TV output option where you will
be able to connect your phone to your TV and then you can
watch your Pictures/Video in your phone...in fullscreen with
the sound being routed through your TV speakers! There are
hardly any pixels and the quality is awesome, much better
than VHS, but not quite DVD, plus, the sound is routed to
the TV speakers as well.
Also, you have the mega-pixel camera with flash, handy for
night shots. Additional features include mobile java gaming
for mobile entertainment, Bluetooth enabling you to share
your camera phone shots with friends and family, video capture,
quality FM stereo, and a quality MP3 player. This makes the
E770 everything the E720 wished to
be.
Beautiful phone to hold and use
The E770 is a very small and lightweight phone. At just 85g
it weighs 19g less than the D500 and
shaves a few millimetres off the dimensions too. It also features
an internal aerial, so is very small and robust for putting
into a jeans pocket. The external display is an energy-saving
OLED LCD with 65k colours, and displays a clock together with
network information. Open up the clam and you can see the
brilliant internal 262k colour TFT display. It's one of the
best displays on any phone today. The keypad is a conventional
Samsung design and is easy to use.
