I am very pleased with the service level of mPhone.
New items are available often sooner then elsewhere,
prices are moderate and order administration appears
to be very well organized. This company definitely
has a well deleveloped customer friendliness and
is not hiding behind anonimous digital fences.
All the little details are in place. And also
by telephone prompt answers can be obtained.

from Switzerland: after a first (test?) ordering
some genuine accessories I could get: 1- order
confirmation within 1 hour, 2- second message
very polite (thanks Steve) and precise giving
reference of shipping on day two 3- delivery Royal
Mail the fortieth day. Given such a fast, sure,
efficient and re-insuring service I made an second
order (for a mobile and accessories). That time:
order confirmation, shipping info and reference,
final and complete delivery took 2.5 (two and
a half!) days. What can you expect more from an
on-line service?? Congratulations mPhone.co.uk.
Foreseen orders are coming again soon...

Dear mPhone - One word for you - COOL!
I'm happy to put my name down and say how pleased
I've been with mPhones service. mPhones
website is great - a real help. Trouble with
buying things over the web is that you don't get
enough information on the product - not the case
in buying my T39
- mPhone got a load of info on the phone plus
really useful links to other websites and other
users. It was really great.
mPhones site is one of the best I've used for
content. The terms and conditions and the service
that that should be expected is clearly described.
The only thing that I would have liked to see
which would have made it perfect is a way of letting
the customer know when they place the order how
long it'll be before despatch. I understand that
you have to wait for stock to arrive but if there
was an idea of how long it would take that would
be helpful. However you've been redeemed by letting
the customer know their order has been despatched
- it's an excellent service.

This is a testimonial regarding my purchase of
an Ericsson
T39 cellular phone through Mphone during the
first week of August 2001.
I would like to state that the entire purchase
activity has been a pleasure. My initial inquiry
has been answered almost instantly. Further Mphone
responded to all of my other related questions
promptly and effectively. Payment through Visa
credit card has also been effortless; Visa Center
phoned me to confirm the purchase; that was all.
Finally I received my phone in Canada, on time
with all the customs papers properly prepared.
T39 works great and I am happy with the whole
experience. At Mphone, I have dealt with Ali and
Steve; both great guys. I wouldn't hesitate recommending
Mphone to anyone...
