The service from mphone was exceptional , I
would recommend them to everyone. The product
I bought is a Sony Ericsson Z880i I have to say
the price I paid for it I am disappointed about
the quality which is poor compared to my Motorola
V3.

Order was despatched very promptly and was the
right item. However, while the address on the
invoice was correct it was badly misprinted on
the shipping label (Flat 5, 11 became just 5)
and went to the wrong address.
Luckily, the people in 5 weren't in to receive
the phone and equally luckily a very diligent
guy in my local mail claims office was able to
hunt down the parcel even though I didn't have
a "sorry we missed you" card (which, presumably,
is still somewhere at the other house) and nothing
was registered on their computer for my address
as, obviously, it was entered for another address.
Overall: 8/ 10 for the product and the service.

I'm really happy with my Logic 3 FREEBIRD-USB-IRDA
USB to Infra Red (IrDA) Adaptor. It works great,
looks neat and is perfect as an interface between
my pc and phone. The service was exellent, after
I placed my order I got the product in two days,
and had e-mail updates confirming the various
stages of progress.

I was delighted with the quality of service,
speed of delivery and accurate, user friendly
website. My phone is just what I wanted and in
perfect condition. I still can't get over how
quickly it arrived (within 16 hours), especially
because I live in the middle of nowhere! Although
I didn't spend ages shopping around, so I'm not
exactly an expert, this was by far the cheapest
and most hassle free deal I found for a SIM

I have used mPHONE before i decided to look at
Telecom web site orderd the same phone becuase
it was £8.00 cheaper they stated free delivery
and next day delivery ( what a joke they was going
to charge me £6.00 delivery after 5 days still
no Phone sent them 3 e-mails they did not respond
i had to phone them up and i am working in West
Africa they then told me they did not have the
phone in stock. I contacted mPHONE for availability
& delivery time e-mail back within 10 minutes
answer yes 2 to 3 days delivery Placed the order
Phone arrived 3 days later Excelent service will
use again not worth all the hasel to save £8.00.
I e-mailed from West Africa and within 3 days
i had recieved the Phone. I fully recomend. T.

You may have to change over to the more modern
and acceptable procedures where one can easily
