Hello there,

Having recently placed my first order with MPhone, I was extremely impressed both with my purchase and the high standard of service I received. After only one day taken to verify my credit card details, the goods were shipped out to me. MPhone were communicative about the order, and the parcel was fully trackable through Royal Mail, arriving only a couple of days after dispatch. Very impressive considering this was only a couple of weeks before Christmas.

I have been wanting to buy the Nokia 6310i SIM free for about six months, but have found the jet black version of the handset to be seemingly scarce among other online retailers, and often at a higher price than the silver version. Not only did MPhone have the handset I wanted in stock, their price was considerably cheaper than on any other web site, as it has been ever since I have been looking to buy this phone. I now have a fully SIM free and unlocked handset for not much of a premium over the on-contract versions.

Having now had the phone for a week, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It is exactly suited to my needs, and my choice was originally helped greatly by the very detailed information and specs on MPhone's web site.

I would be happy to recommend MPhone as a reputable, fast and reliable dealer with a positive and customer-focused attitude, and will definitely be passing on my good experience to others, as well as buying from them again in the future. Many thanks.
