My telephone arrived very promptly and the service
I received was excellent. I had a couple of questions
which were answered immediately and was kept informed
of the status of my order.
When filling in the on-line form, information
should be given earlier regarding delivery address.
It was not clear at this stage if a different
delivery address could be given.
When filling in the form for the different delivery
address is not clear enough; the fields are not
titled to make it obvious that you require the
card number and the amount is the full amount
of the order and not an additional charge for
the delivery address.
I hope you find my feedback constructive.
I found the service excellent.
