i made an order on the 29th april 2004 about
1300 for a hbh-35
blue tooth headset on the internet and also
called to speak to somebody in person about the
headsets as i didnt want to buy the item and find
that it was not very good.ie interference on the
line when talking etc.as i bought a cheap hands
free ear piece and micraphone which is very poor
to say the least.the person i spoke to was very
helpfull and told me about the one he has on a
motorolla and recommended the hbh-35 so i went
with his recommendation and orderd it.
about 2 hours later i recieved an email about
a problem with my postcode so i called back and
sorted it out.
by 0830 on the 30th april 2004 (next day)i had
recieved the headset and have tested it out and
it seems that it is as good as talking on the
phone itself.
just like to say thankyou for your service and
that i shall be using you in the future and that
i am happy with the item and how quickly it got
here and also the person who i spoke to deserves
a thankyou in someway.
also i shall be recomending you to friends and
family,i tryed to get a head set in my home town
at a vodaphone store who didnt have one and wouldnt
until 4-5th may 2004 which was why i came to you.

All I want from this sort of service is fast
and reliable delivery of the chosen item at a
competitive price through a secure payment. After
trawling web to assure myself that the price was
good (it was noticeably better than others I found)
I made one phone call to reassure myself of speed
of delivery (which was not very confidence inspiring
from the website) and placed the order. Minor
surprise in paying extra for delivery (I hadn't
picked up that delivery was extra on the pricing
page). After that the item arrived next day just
as it should. I'm happy with that.

To say I am impressed is an understatement. Having
placed the order on the website, yesterday afternoon
I then needed to check delivery date. I rang customer
services who were extremely helpful and pleasant
and was told the order would be despatched that
day — even though the site states credit card
clearance takes 1 - 2 days. The phone arrived,
standard delivery at 8 this morning. Less than
24 hours in total. I would definitely recommend
this site to anyone.

We ordered a Nokia
6820 SIM free phone and paid extra to have
a "special" faster guaranteed delivery by city-link
which was confirmed by you on 31 March 2004 with
a delivery consignment number of EAXXXXXX
We therefore expected the phone to arrive at
our office address as requested the next day on
Thursday, 1 April 2004. We were disappointed that
it had not arrived by 5.15 p.m. and upon the advice
of your staff contacted the Scunthorpe Branch
of city-link to be advised that "no-one had been
at the address to receive the package and a card
had been put through a green door to notify us
of its failed delivery". As we had specially asked
for the phone to be delivered to our work address
as there is always someone in the office and the
fact that our door is brown, we can only assume
that the driver had gone to the wrong address.
We wonder what would have happened it someone
had been at the wrong address & taken the package
in!
The phone in fact turned up at 4.30 p.m. on Friday,
2 April 2004. We were obviously very disappointed
in the delivery service and feel that there was
no excuse for the item to be misdelivered on the
1 April 2004 by a professional parcels company
when the delivery address and postcode were absolutely
correct.
Other than the above, we are quite pleased with
your own prompt service!

Many thanks for the Nokia 6310i which arrived
safely this morning, two days after I ordered
it and much sooner than I expected as I knew when
I ordered the phone that they were on "back order"
It worked perfectly as soon as I plugged it into
the car and was half the price the car dealer
quoted!
