I ordered a “SIM Free” Nokia 5100 and an O2 Pay and Go SIM at 12:30 – both arrived within 24 hours.

The Nokia 5100 was between £60 - £150 cheaper than other identical phones that I had found on the web.

The SIM was about the same price as on other web sites.

Very impressed with the service and would use you again.

The service was nothing but great. I placed an order on Monday and had my phone by Friday. To all of you non-UK customers, keep in mind that my order was shipped to MX city and 3 days where "lost" because of CC authorization from my bank.

Message: Fantastic Service

I bought a Sierra Wireless AirCard 750 recently and the communication around delivery and dispatch was excellent. It arrive on time as promised. Following installation I had a few difficult issues with the configuration settings 'deep in the hardware settings' of my laptop.

I was not able to resolve these so phone mPhone. I was give a technical help line to phone (given the main support is in the States). This is where it gets better, the assistance provided was absolutely first class - after 30 minutes on the phone and changing some settings i never new existed I was up and running.

I would definitely use mPhone in future & highly recommend them.

I thought that Mphone provided excellent service. Delivery was quick - it only took a couple of days for the item to arrive - and I thought prices were reasonable.

There was a small mistake in them shipping an incorrect charger but this was resolved quickly and at no cost to me. I would definitely recommend them for anything mobile.

I honestly can't get excited about mobile phones - but great service needs to be acknowledged and MPHONE gave me exactly that

10:00 am Thursday I ring customer services to check availability on three phones - I'm in a hurry and all three phones are available
10:15 am I've posted my order online and get an immediate acknowledgement - small problem, the wire transfer detail I need is missing
10:30 am Steve has emailed me the missing detail, I've raised the transfer with the Bank and I've asked Steve to confirm receipt
18:00 pm Steve confirms receipt and shipment together with an online City Link tracking reference
08:00 am the next day the online tracking reference tells me the phones arrived at the delivery branch at 2:00 am and went out for delivery to me at 07:46 am

In the space of 24 hours I have three new phones fully charged and ready to go.

Easy, responsive, right first time and at a value price - I'll never buy another phone anywhere else

I would like to thank the staff at mphone for the speed and service with which you dealt with my recent order. I ordered a new sony ericsson K700i sim free as i badly needed an upgrade for my T68i which has now become dated but which has given my excellent service for the past 16 months or so. I placed my order on Saturday Evening through the web site, i recieved an e-mail monday evening informing me it had been shipped and it was delivered tuesday morning, unfortunatly i was not in and the package had to be signed for which is reassuring as the phone did cost 280 pounds. A card was left which i took with me and collected my phone from the local delivery office next morning. The phone works fine, it has an excellent array of features and would be an excellent upgrade for anyone with a T68i or even a T610/T630. For anyone wanting a sim free phone, you can't go wrong with mphone, they have a very good choice, pictures and details on all phones and offer very good prices. My phone is 325 pounds direct from sony ericsson and around 300-320 pounds on most internet sites.

My Son had been waiting for this phone for ages and in my local shopping area all of the Mobile Phone shops wanted £200 !!.
