I have dealt with mphone a couple of times now and have always found you to be very helpful and deliveries always very quick. The reason I purchased my new 'phone from you this time, apart from the above, was because the gentleman I spoke to gave me what I felt was an honest answer when I asked if any of the Sony S500i's had been returned with keypad problems etc (having read negative things about the key pad cracking) and was told that out of 20 'phones sent out only 1 had been returned because of this. The fact that he admitted to even 1 impressed me because out of curiosity I had contacted another famous high street mobile retailer and asked them the same question, only to be told that they had not heard of any problems with this phone!. Well done all at mPhone - you are great to deal with and will have all my future business!!!!!!

Good range of phones available including those at lower end of market - I don't need a fancy gadget with a pretty case, just a basic comms gadget with an alarm/calender/memo. Was very surprised to be able to get so many *useful* features - memo & calculator etc etc. as well, for the price - especially from such a reliable brand name as Samsung (I have had many different items from Samsung, from PC hardware to telecomms) over ten years and never had a single problem with any of them. Thanks for getting this handset out to me.

Mphones were brilliant, quick service fast delivery and very pleasant manner, helpful service. I have had this phone before and am replacing it since the other one was stolen so I want to keep it but I do need to go back to mphones to sort this out and replace the charger. If my previous experience with them is anything to go by however, this will not be a major problem.
