I was extremely pleased with Mphone's response to my recent internet order. Having placed the order on a Sunday I was contacted by email to say that this order was being processed and that shipment would be made the following day. Sure enough the package arrived on the Tuesday morning by special delivery. I shall definitely be using Mphone again to buy future mobile phone accessories.

I ordered a phone late on a Tuesday night and was very worried about whether or not it would I would get it before the weekend as I was going away for 2 weeks on that Saturday.I rang the phone number provided for the orders team and they went out of their way to help me. I received my phone on the Thursday (only 2 days after I ordered it) - and I live in Ireland!!!Anyway, thanks so much m-phone, everybody on the orders team was so helpful in providing me with advice, and swift, friendly service.

A year ago I hardly used a mobile phone until bought a new one recently when I went abroad and rely heavily on it now. I lost this last Thursday and badly needed an exact replacement. I found this on mphones website and the price was good too so I placed an order. Within 2 days of ordering a replacement from mPhone I received it. Very fast service indeed, I'll certainly be using your company again when I come to buy a new phone!!

I have to say that I was apprehensive ordering over the internet - especially with the additional information required to verify a foreign registered credit card. I am astounded that my phone arrived at my house 5 days after it was ordered & is exactly what I wanted!

Overall, my dealings with mphone were very good. The person I dealt with in the sales department was courteous and prompt in responding to my e-mails and questions. My only suggestion is that you would NOT say on your web site that you only accept UK Visa credit cards. Most on-line ordering web sites accept several credit cards from almost any country. I did not like the fact that I could not use my Visa card but had to use another one of my credit cards instead and then had to go to the expense (since I do not own a fax machine) of faxing you several verifications of my ability to pay for the phone, including you contacting my bank to make sure the funds were available. As I said, thousands of on-line ordering companies take credit cards every day without putting the customer to all that trouble.

Other than that, your service is very good. I received the phone promptly via Fed Ex.
