When I opened the package, I saw that the box containing the phone has been opened as the seal was broken. I did not expect that and it should not have happened.

[all boxes are opened and checked for contnets prior to shipping]

Also the colour of the phone is marked on the box as Charcoal Grey when I ordered a Black one. The phone looks black but what is going on?

[the official name is charcoal grey but it is the black phone]

Apart from that your service is excellent but is spoilt by minor details

I would recommend that you use a special delivey for these high price items. Royal Mail to Wimbledon is very slow and unrelaible whereas with City Link I always get my stuff next day at 10am.
